Many restaurant owners like to believe they are on top of their restaurant’s cleanliness. Kitchen and restaurant pressure cleaning is imperative, especially in an age when anyone can post a review and picture of your dirty restaurant before you realize what hit you; you had better guarantee you are all about having a spotless restaurant.

You may have a highly skilled staff that stays on top of cleaning the forks, knives, spoons, and plates every day. Perhaps they even have a high-pressure steam dishwasher to help them. Wiping down the tables, washing dishes and cooking equipment, vacuuming the floor, and cleaning the bathrooms are other tasks that are (or should be) done daily. But these tasks are only the first step.

There is no shortage of areas to clean in a restaurant–in addition to the cleaning tasks mentioned above, ducts, signage, dumpster areas, and the parking lot all need consistent cleaning. Such an array of surfaces that need to be cleaned frequently demands a cleaning solution that is easy to use, flexible, and affordable. This is why a general pressure washing service is a necessity for those in the restaurant business.

Faqs

Find clear answers to common questions about our kitchen exhaust cleaning services, scheduling, safety standards, and more. Our FAQ section helps you understand what to expect and how we keep your kitchen running smoothly and safely.

NFPA 96 states, “The entire exhaust system shall be cleaned by a properly trained, qualified, and certified company or persons.” Work of this nature takes special tools, equipment, and expertise to properly and thoroughly clean.

You should look at training, certification, reputation, and years in business. The Certified National Hood Cleaning Association certifies us as a Certified Exhaust Cleaning Specialist (CECS). We are versed in NFPA 96, the Code of Federal Regulations. We are regulated by each of these organizations to ensure we provide you with the best and safest service available.

We take care of what you see in the kitchen, but most importantly, what you do not see from the roof down. We clean the entire system, starting from the exhaust housing and motor, including fan maintenance, grease bearings, and adjusting/replacing belts, making sure the motor is operating properly. Then we go down the flue into the plenum area, cleaning the system to bare metal per NFPA 96 standards. Finally, we clean the linkage for the fire suppression system, clean the filters and grease gutters, and cleaning and polishing the hood inside and out.
