A Restaurant Owner’s Secret Weapon for Spotless Success

In today’s hyper-connected world, a restaurant’s reputation can be made or broken in the blink of an eye. One poorly lit photo of a grimy corner

In today’s hyper-connected world, a restaurant’s reputation can be made or broken in the blink of an eye. One poorly lit photo of a grimy corner, a scathing online review detailing unsanitary conditions – and suddenly, your hard-earned business is facing an uphill battle. Restaurant owners, you know cleanliness is king, but are you truly on top of it?

We all know the drill: your dedicated staff diligently polishes silverware, runs dishes through the high-pressure steamer, wipes down tables, and scrubs the restrooms. These daily tasks are crucial, of course. But they’re just the tip of the iceberg.

Think about it: your restaurant is a complex ecosystem of surfaces, all demanding attention. Beyond the dining area and kitchen, there’s a whole world of potential grime lurking:

  • Ducts: Grease and dust buildup can create fire hazards and impact air quality.
  • Signage: A dirty sign sends a message of neglect before customers even step inside.
  • Dumpster Areas: These areas are breeding grounds for bacteria and pests.
  • Parking Lots: Oil stains and accumulated debris create a poor first impression.

The sheer variety of these cleaning challenges necessitates a versatile and effective solution. That’s where general pressure washing comes in.

Why Pressure Washing is Essential for Restaurants:

  • Deep Cleaning Power: Pressure washing blasts away stubborn grease, grime, and    bacteria that regular cleaning methods can’t touch.
  • Versatility: From concrete and tile to metal and signage, pressure washing can tackle virtually any surface.
  • Efficiency: It saves time and labor compared to manual scrubbing, allowing your staff to focus on other essential tasks.
  • Cost-Effectiveness: A professional pressure washing service offers a powerful clean at an affordable price.
  • Reputation Management: A clean restaurant builds trust and encourages positive reviews, protecting your brand’s image.

Beyond the Basics:

Regular pressure washing isn’t just about aesthetics; it’s about:

  • Hygiene: Eliminating bacteria and mold reduces the risk of foodborne illnesses.
  • Safety: Removing grease buildup from kitchen surfaces and parking lots minimizes slip-and-fall hazards.
  • Longevity: Preventing the accumulation of corrosive substances extends the lifespan of your restaurant’s fixtures and surfaces.

In a competitive market, a spotless restaurant is a non-negotiable. Don’t let overlooked areas tarnish your reputation. Invest in a general pressure washing service and ensure your restaurant shines, inside and out. Your customers – and your bottom line – will thank you.

NFPA 96 states, “The entire exhaust system shall be cleaned by a properly trained, qualified, and certified company or persons.” Work of this nature takes special tools, equipment, and expertise to properly and thoroughly clean.

You should look at training, certification, reputation, and years in business. The Certified National Hood Cleaning Association certifies us as a Certified Exhaust Cleaning Specialist (CECS). We are versed in NFPA 96, the Code of Federal Regulations. We are regulated by each of these organizations to ensure we provide you with the best and safest service available.

We take care of what you see in the kitchen, but most importantly, what you do not see from the roof down. We clean the entire system, starting from the exhaust housing and motor, including fan maintenance, grease bearings, and adjusting/replacing belts, making sure the motor is operating properly. Then we go down the flue into the plenum area, cleaning the system to bare metal per NFPA 96 standards. Finally, we clean the linkage for the fire suppression system, clean the filters and grease gutters, and cleaning and polishing the hood inside and out.
